SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

All orders are shipped free of charge via DHL shipping.

If all orders that shipped internationally subjects to taxes applied, additional shipping depending on tariffs and fees charges by the receiving country; SAFIR Jewellery is not responsible with these fees.

In case of running out of stocks;

If the product you have purchased is out of stock, it will be shipped within 5 business days. The money of the product that is not produced refund is made.

In the event of a mishap caused by us, you will receive a feedback based on your membership information. That is why it is important that your membership informations are complete and accurate.

Tracking Orders

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please wait 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.
